LICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER
Hailey White
I’m here to support you through life’s ups and downs with creative, holistic therapy—a down-to-earth space to work through change, stress, trauma, and whatever’s feeling heavy, so you can get back to feeling like yourself again.
A message from Hailey
I draw from a background in expressive arts therapy which, when combined with trauma-informed, evidence-based practices, techniques, and skill-building, allows me to work collaboratively with clients to find solutions custom-fit and tailor-made for their unique experiences.
I bring to ECA an enthusiasm for viewing individuals as their own true experts, empowering them in trusting their own strength and knowledge to progress toward their self-directed goals. I aim to be a consistent advocate and support for my clients in all areas of their lives, weaving together compassion, humor, and a little bit of healthy risk-taking to create my unique approach to therapy.

My educational background in Holistic Psychology and Expressive Arts Therapy allows me to bring a creative, flexible, and open-minded approach to therapy. I believe there’s no one-size-fits-all path to healing, so I offer different ways to explore what you're feeling—whether that’s through conversation, creativity, or quiet reflection. I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches including CBT, narrative therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy to help you process challenges, shift unhelpful patterns, and build tools that support real-life change. When it fits, I also incorporate expressive arts to help access emotions and insights that can be hard to put into words.
I bring years of experience working with youth in residential settings, particularly those involved with the juvenile justice system, as well as supporting youth and families in schools, communities, and homes. In addition to that work, I’ve spent the past several years in outpatient settings, helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and major life transitions. No matter who I’m working with, my goal is to meet each person where they are—with curiosity, compassion, and a belief in their ability to grow.

I describe myself as intuitive, intelligent, and quirky. I wrote an essay in high school entitled "I Think I'm Weird.” Each aspect of “little Hailey” named as “weird” have become the bits of me I embrace most about myself as an adult. I love wearing funky, comfy outfits, buying more plants than I have homes for, and taking my dogs for walks.
My time is best spent reading, cooking, or absorbing some vitamin D. Like a true millennial, my favorite movies are “Hook,” “Fern Gully,” and pretty much anything with the names Burton, Spielberg, or Hughes attached. I grew up on Massachusetts’ South Shore and while I currently live in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, I will forever consider myself a true New Englander at heart.
