A message from Rachael

In the world we are living in, it can feel challenging to slow down, take a breath and be present. I’m here to welcome you into a space that feels calm, safe and nonjudgmental— a place where you can simply be yourself.

You’ll quickly notice in sessions with me that one of my favorite sayings is, “Let’s fill your cup so you can have the capacity to pour into others’”. Therapy is a space to put yourself first—to pause, focus on your own needs, and build the tools to show up for yourself and your loved ones in the way you want to.

Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’ve been in it before, I will meet you right where you are. Together, we’ll make sense of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and work toward your goals through practical strategies, skill building, and coping tools that support your growth and well-being.
